Compassionate, personalized nursing care focused on the whole person.
I'm Todd, a Registered Nurse and the founder of HomeSafe Nursing. I created HomeSafe Nursing because I believe people deserve compassionate, personalized care in the comfort and familiarity of their own homes.
My approach to nursing is centered on treating the whole person—not just a diagnosis. I take time to listen, understand each person's goals, and provide care that supports safety, dignity, independence, and quality of life.
With more than 10 years of experience as a Registered Nurse in a cardiac catheterization laboratory, I bring a strong background in cardiac care, patient assessment, monitoring, and recognizing changes in a patient's condition. That experience has helped shape my commitment to careful assessment, patient safety, education, and compassionate care.
I also believe excellent care should respect the individual. I honor each client's religious beliefs, spiritual practices, values, culture, and personal choices, incorporating them into the care experience whenever requested and appropriate.
I believe patients deserve to have their needs, wishes, and goals heard and respected. When clinically appropriate, my goal is to provide thoughtful nursing assessment, education, and support in the comfort of the patient's home, helping address concerns before they become emergencies and potentially avoiding unnecessary trips to the hospital.
Hospital care is sometimes necessary, and when it is, I will always prioritize the patient's safety and recommend appropriate medical evaluation. My goal is never to delay needed care—it is to help patients receive the right care, in the right place, at the right time.
